Special Issue on Health Psychology and Health Promotion

Health Psychology and Health Promotion is an interdisciplinary field that focuses on the relationship between psychological factors and health outcomes. This research area explores how behavioral, social, and psychological factors can influence physical health, and aims to develop interventions and campaigns to promote health and prevent disease. Health Psychology also investigates the impact of chronic and acute health conditions on psychological and social wellbeing, and aims to develop strategies to enhance patients' quality of life. Health Promotion seeks to empower individuals and communities to adopt healthy behaviors, and to create environments that support health and wellbeing.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on Health Psychology and Health Promotion. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
