ABSTRACT: Lymphoma
is a very common cancer in the pediatric population, and its modes of revelation are very variable. Case
report: A 7-year-old patient was admitted for purulent pleurisy, whose cytological study of the pleural
fluid isolated lymphoblastic cells in favor of a T-type lymphoblastic lymphoma,
a very rare mode of revelation in current
practice. Conclusion: Pediatric lymphoma takes on different aspects, and it is
important to look for it systematically in order to ensure adequate
management.
