ABSTRACT: The research study conducts an in-depth understanding of the role played
by social media in government communication during the Covid-19 pandemic, with
a case study of KSA. The purpose of the study is to gather an in-depth
understanding of how social media is a government communication taken by the
KSA government. The research takes the help of both primary and secondary
research, and the deductive approach of analyzing as well as the descriptive
research design as the research design of the study is adopted. The research
study has found that social media tools have played an enormous role in government
communication by the government of KSA.
