ABSTRACT: The corrosion types of buried steel pipelines were summarized from two aspects of internal corrosion and external corrosion; the main detection technology for internal and external corrosion was introduced; and the protective measures for corrosion and corrosion of buried steel pipelines were presented. The study of corrosion protection for buried steel pipeline provided the basis for the corrosion protection of buried steel pipeline.
