ABSTRACT: As the
aging problem is increasingly serious in China, the pension operation and management
attract more and more attentions. However, China’s pension yields have been
low, leaving a lot of problems. There are growing calls to make China’s pension
enter capital market. While, there exists many risks, such as the unavoidable
stock market risk and the potential risk in the “principal-agent”. Pension
management should be of caution and safety. Attentions should be paid to improve
relevant laws, strengthen supervision, perfect China’s multi-pillar pension
system and so on. UK has enlightened China on pension entering capital market.
