ABSTRACT: This paper is mainly present in the country in which the Cadre System question I am currently studied about division level and above cadres’ evaluation project proposed. Mainly it includes two aspects, the first is to propose a more rational and comprehensive system. The second is to propose the establishment of the civil service quality tracking database.
