Abstract:
This thesis selected panel data from 2003 to 2009 of 20 banks from Hong Kong and Mainland and used variety of statistical methods. In the view of the reasons, we do comprehensive empirical analysis about the value of Hong Kong and Mainland banks basing on summary of the relevant empirical studies of domestic over the world. This thesis aims to give a business strategy decision making advice to regulators and investors on the evaluation and investment of the banks’ value of Hong Kong and Mainland.
