Abstract: The structure and character of ownerships are important factors in influencing firm's value. Through the mpirical model of the multiple regression, we discussed the relevance of ownership structure, ownership concentration and the value of company of China's listed financial institutions. Then, we summarize the results, and put forward some suggestion to the field of ownweship of China's financial institutions.
