Abstract: Performance management has become more important role in an enterprise. With this tendency, each company needs an efficient and scientific tool to evaluate performance. So Balanced Scorecard precisely to this requirement. When Robert?S?Kalplan and David?Norton published their research about Balanced Scorecard performance management theory, it caused a sensation in that time. This theory combines the financial and non-financial factors and changed the ideology with single financial dimension evaluation. As a new performance management tool, Balanced Scorecard refreshes the thinking ways in people’s mind. This article introduces the conception, background development and research status about Balanced Scorecard briefly. Designing the BSC performance management system with core requirement in daily enterprise performance management actions. In order to realize the enterprise performance management automatic and informatization, conform all the process.
