Abstract: |
The government encourages the development of logistics industrial and the interaction between industrial firms and logistics firms currently, which provide favorable external environment for the development of logistics industry. This article analyze the external environment from government policy, logistics infrastructure, tax and logistics service respectively, and further put forward the potential strategic business in logistics industry. Then, the article analyzes the case of a company to describe the core competence, advantage and disadvantage of modern logistics firm.
