Abstract: |
From the field survey of the pilot Langfang, Huizhou and Luquan in Hebei, the new rural social pension scheme has been implement smoothly. That was resulted from the objective environment of rural pension and the system itself. The objective environment promotes development of old-age pension through Model of this system and tripartite financing structure appealed farmers, while the weakening of family and land of old age and the insufficient development of commercial pension restricted its development. In order to encourage farmers to continue to participate in the system, government should strengthen publicity and education, afford more financial support and build a multi-level pension security system in rural.
