Not only is it an important issue needs to be solved to improve the training quality of service police, to enhance the effectiveness of training for Public Security Department and all levels of police training centers, but also an important way for Public Security System to strive to build "Learning institution", "learning team”. The effective training strategies should primarily include: based on positions, full combat training; prominent backbone, innovative training model; team members help each other and improve together; study together to solve practical problems; train through network, sharing high-quality resources. To ensure the smoothness implementation of the effective training strategy, it must strive to construct a work system and work patterns of "Great education, great training”; to improve the training management mechanism, and to establish evaluation mechanisms of stratification.
