Based on the research method of dissipative structure, this article analyses Qinhuangdao tourism system, getting the result that this system has the characteristic of openness, imbalance and non-linear. Then the article analyses the imbalance of the number of tourists, and gives the strategy to optimize Qinhuangdao tourism system.
