Earthquake emergency management can help the earthquake relief work smoothly, Traditional estimation methods need to proceed to the spot, that influenced the results’ timeliness. This paper studied on the statistical parameters of earthquake damage, Using the existing research results, and statistical indicators, data envelopment analysis as a theoretical basis, Existing housing structures based on different types of, different levels of damage matrix destruction to reduce the dimension, Determine the parameters of disaster losses, Then used parameters for rapid assessment of disaster damage in Yingjiang earthquake.
