Abstract: Advanced equipment manufacturing industry is the strategic industry which provide technology and equipment with national economic development and national defense construction, reflecting a country or region industrialization and modernization level and international competitiveness. The paper analyses the development level of advanced equipment through the Satistics Yearbook of Liaoning province in 2007 in liaoning province, using the facter analysis method to evaluate the advanced equipment manufacturing development situation and to propose policy suggestion.
