Abstract: Based on the cluster analysis on the sample of related data of provinces from 1995 to 2009, setting up error correction models for panel data, this paper Empiric Analysis of the Factors affecting farmers' income growth in China. The results shows: in the long term, level of education, proportion of non-agricultural employment and public financial investment have remarkable influence over growth of farmers’ income, but the negative impact of Chinese farmers' income, which comes from rising cost of agricultural production is not obvious. Based on these conclusions, the policy to promote the growth of farmers' income should aid to speed up the agriculture industry structure adjustment, improve human resource input in rural areas, increase agricultural financial investment, perfect rural labor transfer market and establish agricultural price control mechanism. In this way, we can prevent agricultural products and agricultural production’s abnormal price movements have negative impact on farmers’ income.
