Abstract: |
First, This paper summarizes the origin and development of national innovation system, reviews the contribution of Liszt, Schumpeter, Freeman, Porter on the national innovation system theory. Second, it analyzes the important role of teaching and research oriented universities in the national innovation system, deficiency and approach of becoming independent innovation university.
