Firm network is important external environment to the success of the firm innovation. This paper discusses on the formation and causes of firm network, and its influence &mechanism for the enterprise innovation. Based on the theory of social network, we use three main dimensions: network connection mode, network location and network members to analysis the firms network’ influence& mechanism for firm innovation. By introduction organizational learning as the mediating variables, this paper has constructed a conceptual model to analysis firm network and its effect to innovation ,and pointed out that strong coupling, high network centrality, lager network scale should be more conducive to firm innovation.
