Personnel training mode is very important to build professional training program in higher vocational education, which directly determines the quality of vocational training. The personnel training mode of higher vocational education includes training objectives, curriculum system, teaching system and evaluation system. In this paper, to realize innovation of higher vocational education training mode, personnel training mode of materials engineering technology in Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology was investigated. The principle of building the training mode was discussed. "Four pairs" training mode (ie, "double structure of teaching staff", "double classroom", "double-cooperation" and "double certificates") of materials engineering technology based on the school-enterprise cooperation was achieved.
