Abstract: Enterprises’ technology innovation ecosystem is a dynamic balance system of interdependence and interaction through which enterprises are able to achieve, in order to achieve innovation resource’s sharing, advantages complementary and risk-sharing, by the mode of innovation’s material, energy and information between enterprises are able to flow. This system has features such as complexity, openness, dynamic, self-organization and coordinating evolution. Based on the theory of Ecology, this essay divides the structure of enterprises’ technology innovation ecosystem into three parts: the layer of core enterprises, the layer of technology’s R&D and products’ application and the layer of innovation’s niche and innovation’s platform. This essay also studies the function of this system under the perspective of energy flow and material cycling.
