Abstract: |
TRIZ (TIPS, theory of inventive problem solving) theory has attracted wide attention from innovation researchers and been applied in the field of management innovation. However, feasible tools of management innovation are not sufficient, and further development on them requires systematic combing of a lot of management expertise and principles. TRIZ offers a complete algorithm (ARIZ) to solve complex problems. To form the innovative algorithm to solve managerial problems, it requires generalization of the trend of management system evolution, management innovation principles and standard solutions as the base. It will also embody the characteristics of innovative approaches in the algorithm.
