Abstract: |
On the basis of previous studies, this paper use simultaneous equation model to probed the effects on employment by technological innovate, economic growth and labor costs, aiming to find out how the technological innovate cooperate with other relevant factors to affect the employment in our society. Then, it analyses the effect on employment structure by technological innovate in the perspective of industrial structure, education structure and skill structure. By analyzing, we can find that, innovation helps to increase the amount of employment, and this promoted mainly from the transmission mechanism of GDP and labor costs; at the same time, technological innovation helps to optimize the structure of employment, and improve the whole country’s quality of employment. At last, based on the research, this paper put forward some policy suggestions of using technological innovation to promote economic growth and full employment.
