Abstract: |
With economic development and technological progress, science and technology intermediary service is more important. This paper chooses the case of Wuhan East Lake High Technology Development Zone, analyses the recent data, and studies the impact of human and financial resources. Screening reference to data correlation analysis, these datum include: data on R & D investment, such as the proportion of R & D staff, and R & D funding; a number of technical personnel datum about the level of education reflects, after the regression analysis, predict its service capabilities and contrast. Finally, according to the findings, proposed improvement measures the ability of technological innovation and economic growth.
