This paper analyzes the socio-economic system structure of Yichun and its evolution processes, and establishes its system evolution equation and early warning model. It builds up early warning model index system by selecting indicators, such as social supporting force, resource supporting force, environment supporting force and economic support force. It constructs early warning model of social economy development of Yi Chun forest region by combining the warning function of BP neural network, which gives warning analysis of the social economic development trend of Yichun in the future.
