Abstract: Multi ability evaluation factors of teachers involved in various, evaluation factors are influenced directly from evaluators in many aspects, such as level of knowledge, cognitive ability and personal preference and so on. It is difficult to completely remove the deviation from human factors. An evaluation system of teachers' multi-ability evaluation is established in colleges and universities. Using an information fusion algorithm from D-S evidence theory, which fusion a lot of subjective and uncertainty information in the teachers' comprehensive evaluation process. And then convert them into deterministic decision problem. Finally, a comprehensive and objective result was obtained about teachers' comprehensive evaluation. Simulation result shows the evaluation system can eliminate human factors, and make reasonable comprehensive
evaluation for teachers' multi ability effectively.
