Abstract: |
It is an important guarantee to comply with equality, competition, law, openness of market economy principles to promote the development and prosperity of market economy. At present, when many local governments in China implement economic development policies, they always go against the basic requirements of market economy. In order to be satisfied with their own needs, the local governments take administrative measures to interfere economic development blindly, which leads to duplication and waste of resources, frequent accidents and so on, and leads to a seriously damage to the benefits of the state and people. The paper studies the hazard of the behaviors of local governments and analyzes what the reason is to achieve sound and rapid development through the method of literature research.
