Abstract: In the post financial crisis, there are broad prospects and raise space for rural consumer market which has already become a new hotspot for domestic consumption. Through analysing the present situation of the Henan province’s rural consumption market, this chapter point out that there are important significance for development of rural consumer market to stimulate domestic demand, transfer the rural surplus labor force, improve rural consumption environment, consume the domestic surplus production ability, transform the urban- rural dual structure to modern economic structure and so on. The construction and development for Henan province’s rural consumer market is a long-term and systemic project, we should overtime the restriction factors for development, follow the different development paths, adopt various policy guidence such as various ownership, subjects, channels, operated types, business model and development model according to its own characteristics to establish a modern rural circulation network represented as chain operation, logistics distribution and electronic business.
