Abstract: |
China was unavoidably involved in the financial crisis that started from the United States in 2007. However, recent years witnessed gradual positive recovery of the global economy in spite of the circuitousness. The debt crisis of European Union revealed some uncertainty of the future growth. Now China is suffering heavy pressure from falling exports and constraints on expanding internal demand. This essay points out that the financing problem of small and medium enterprises is emergent after an investigation on the current status of companies in China. Actually, financing guarantee is a practical choice to solve this problem. The central government should figure out effective ways to support and establish financing guarantee system using fiscal policy.
