Abstract: This paper summarizes the principle of land value and demand relationship in the Chinese market, based on the new-analyzing balance-interests model and comparing the housing market. The theoretical model of the urban commercial land be based on land prices in the match with the actual market, build the function equation for our market in the commercial land prices.
