Abstract:
The information era has set new demand for organizational structure. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the new organizational structure, a comprehensive evaluation index system is proposed. Based on entropy theory, the order degree evaluation model is established. Compared with the calculation results of the comprehensive order degrees before and after the adjustment of organizational structure, the adjustment effect is analyzed. The specific steps of using this method are also given in this paper. The rationality and correctness of the model are verified by an example.
