Abstract: In recent years, along with the development of art market, how to price the painting art work has become the focus in this field. Based on the Hedonic model, combining with the features of China oil paintings, this paper constructed five Hedonic parameter models for China’s oil paintings through using the auction data from "ya chang art network". Through the comparison of five parameter models, it concluded that bi-logarithm model was the most suitable model for the pricing of China’s oil paintings. On this basis, through the inspection and analysis of the results of the bi-logarithm model, it confirmed that the reputation and the living status of the writers, the size and the creation age of paintings were important factors influencing the paintings’ price. And along with the time, people’s preference on the characteristics of oil paintings would change constantly, and the price would change constantly too.
