Abstract: Migration and urban local unskilled labor are in the urban labor market. There are some differentials both in wages and employment levels. For this group of migrant workers, the low level of education is typical of individual character, and therefore article is based on two specific groups-migration and urban local unskilled labor, through 517 research data in Shenyang City, and analyzes differences in wages and employment between them to arrive at appropriate conclusions.
