Abstract: H1N1 influenza is an acute respiratory infection. It can be very popular in densely populated areas. Therefore, the establishment of early warning mechanism of H1N1 influenza, H1N1 influenza trend forecasting, prevention and control of H1N1 influenza in the relevant departments to provide a scientific basis for decision making, is an important public health work. Based on the information mining and the grey system theory, a forecast method of H1N1 influenza trend has been given. According to this method and our country's actual situation, a grey system GM(1,1) model of H1N1 influenza trend have been established. This model can better forecast the trend of our country’s H1N1 influenza disease incidence rate.
