Data mining in business intelligence as an auxiliary decision mean has been applied in many fields. A great deal of customers adopted commercial data mining products currently. However, many of the problems encountered during the period of using these products. For the lack of commercial business intelligence tools, this paper will look to the source domain, selecting open source in the field of Pentaho business intelligence platform. The theory analysis and research based on data mining, according to the basic steps, it carries out the Weka CRM data mining analysis, design, deployment and the implementation process.
