Abstract: Questionnaire is designed which according to five levels and evaluation index of enterprise informatization maturity. Data for SME of Changzhou is collected. SPSS is used to analyze correlations of the data of 80 valid questionnaires .The conclusion of SME informatization maturity of Changzhou is basic level. It is given that corresponding suggestions how to improve SME informatization maturity.
