Abstract: The correct decision has a comprehensive and deeper demond to every enterprise. Translate the accumulating and precipitating data in CRM system to useful information has become a very important problem. This paper use business intelligence technology of Pentaho platform and the data extracted from the database of CRM system to accomplish the collection, management and analysis of business information. Also, it can provide a comprehensive, accurate and direct support to the decision maker.
