With the development of informationization, the management of modern enterprise have changed a lot. Achieving enterprise informationization management could improve management level and efficiencies, it also could decrease the fault of manual operation .The enterprise can benefit a lot from the system. The system takes software emprise within Yan Tai City territory as design marriage partner, we design the system by the observing the Confectionery's daily business operations. In order to improve the efficiencies of human resource management and achieving management scientification, we design the system. The following function are the system mainly achieved: Employee entry delete, delete display, announcement of entry to delete, department of the input trying calculating wages, inquiry, statistics. The system adopt a few ASP Web relevance technologies to achieve a simple inventory management system. It could be applied to this locality computer and could be applied to other computer within the network.
