Abstract: Based on the characteristics of SME development in Inner Mongolia, and the information technology index system of the various countries and enterprise, the paper analyzed and presented the information index system in Inner Mongolia SME with the analytic hierarchy process and the actual survey data. According to measurement results, the paper presented the guidance mechanism for promoting the development of information technology for SME Inner Mongolia.
