Abstract: |
To attain scale advantage by implementing grouping operation is the internal demand for enterprises to improve their management level and carry out overall optimization, as well as an important factor for enterprises to achieve success in competition. Information resource is the basis of management in an enterprise; its management level directly impacts the quality of decision making. And it is also one of the most important core resources of an enterprise. This paper studies the experience of information grouping operation in foreign and domestic advanced enterprises, summarizes and analyzes their characteristics and necessary elements. Finally, suggestions are put forward on improving information grouping management in electric power enterprises.
