Abstract: |
This article analyses the status and achievements of international development of commercial records center. The international development of commercial records center started in the late 1990s. They got remarkable achievements in scale expanding, market enlarging and services increasing by overseas merger and other methods. Nowadays some commercial records centers with large scale, financially sound, excellent international reputation and high international influence have been emerged.
