Abstract: |
The paper first reviews the enterprise information measure approach, focuses on Nolan - Mische model, the Balanced Scorecard methodology and the National Informatization Evaluation Center’s approach. Then build information technology index system of China’s commercial banks based on the previous literatures and the actual situation. Finally, build Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, CITIC Bank and Beijing Rural Commercial Bank’s ITI index based on AHP method.
