Abstract: |
All levels of government websites must attach importance to strengthen the effect of public participation and establish a two-way interactive system between government and the public. This paper analyzes the performance appraisal indexs of those top 10 and after 5 municipal government websites in the performance appraisal for municipal government websites made by China Software Testing Center, people.com.cn and Tencent.com. Based on the investigations, it points out the problems existed in government websites interaction function and makes some suggestions.
