In a society full of opportunities and challenges, e-government has become an important part of the current administrative reform in China. After analyzing the currency and tendency, the paper discusses the problems between the government and the public in the process of constructing e-government. Through deep penetration and with the four guides, it carries out a way of constructing e-government in our country and proposes the aiming measures in perspective of public participation. Finally, with the help of e-government, we can outline a new portrait of the conducting and developing of the customer-oriented government.
