With the help of document analysis and survey, firstly this article discussed the industry background, competitive landscape, operation mode and profitable way to the development of China’s podcast portals. then made a detailed analysis to the specific operation style of China's mainstream video sharing websites and vodcast software. By means of the Youku.com case, this paper probed into the rapid growth mystery of China’s podcast portals. It is very crucial that podcast portals upgrade and widen their podcasting services, encourage uses to upload high quality contents, collaborate with media operators, and control their websites’ implement cost. Although network video websites in China surged，almost the larger video websites still no can get their approving profit. The profit mode need condensing, and the video resources copyright problem needed resolve as quickly as possible, which published online by podcast customers. In the fierce market competition, as the popular application of Web3.0 concept, China’s podcast websites, including Youku.com, should operate by taking a different strategy to upgrade their core competitiveness. China’s podcast
