Abstract: |
The e-commerce of the troops staple and non-staple foods procurement, according to procurement process and information security, can be divided into external e-commerce and internal e-commerce. It can achieve supplier information management, procurement management, market information publicizing, advance procurement, data exchange between troop living service center and mess units. The application of such e-commerce applies a mixing mode composed of B2G and B2B. It can improve procurement efficiency of the troops staple and non-Staple foods, reduce procurement costs, improve procurement transparency and strengthen procurement supervise.
