Abstract: Because the virtual nature of online shopping, online shopping consumer's right to know often violated. Operators often false information about goods or services, false advertising, information dissemination and other means of violating incomplete online shopping consumer's right to know. The longer it down, will do harm to the further development of China's online shopping. China should focus on existing laws to protect consumers' right to know the lack of online shopping, from the operator's own information, goods or services, information and transaction information to further improve the conditions of online shopping operators information disclosure obligations and legal responsibilities, as soon as possible “network Advertising Law.”
