Abstract: |
This study takes e-commerce system project as research target, based on relative theory of software development project and information system project, makes a literature review research, which mainly includes three aspects: risk factors, project performance and the relationship between risk factors and project performance, thus, a comprehensive understanding of the risk factors and performance measuring of e-commerce system project is made. Finally, it puts forward the further outlook on future research.
