Electronic commerce, as an important application of the Internet, has experienced rapid development since the mid 1990. It profoundly affected states, governments, management and operation model of organizations of various types; it also changed the ways of production, life and trading of human societies. Since the 21st century, the electronic commerce which emerges into a more closely information security, takes on ubiquitous trend of globalization, integration, mobile. Electronic commerce management integrates with network more closely and new technique continues to enhance the development of electronic commerce. The products and business process which are not suitable for Electronic commerce management is now being electronic-commercialization. E-business management has become the important driver and tool to enhance social, economic, life and cultural progress.
