This thesis and related study based on the author’s work needs and project management experience as a computer systems administrator, a project manager of ten years. By this research on improvement strategies of IT project management, the author hopes to help IT company to improve the efficiency of IT project management, to shorten the project cycle, to reduce project costs, to ensure project quality, to create maximum value and efficiency for the company.
