Abstract: RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a new kind of Non-contact automatic identification technology that can work without human intervention and can adapt to harsh environment. It provides a new method to the development of modern transportation. Through the application technology of RFID, port enterprises can further improve its management, increase the efficiency of operations and create more economic benefits. However, RFID technology used by bulk cargo ports, especially in the area of bulk vehicle delivery, is still blank. Combining one of the affiliated companies of Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd., Huangpu Harbor Branch’s status quo, this paper comes up with solutions of its vehicle delivery business process optimization, based on RFID technology, and the author comes up with a method to manage the bulk port.
